Niklas Rosenberg is a venture capital investor and tech enthusiast with a strong financial market background. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at OpenOcean, he works with innovative entrepreneurs building data-intensive software companies from early Stage A and onwards. Rosenberg holds a master's degree in Computer Science and Finance and has spent more than 10 years in the financial industry and five years in software development. He is also a landscape and street photographer and a science-fiction fan.

Before joining OpenOcean, Rosenberg worked as a Managing Director and Owner at C&E Rosenberg Ltd (Hotel Villa Maija) and Investment Associate at the same company. He also worked as Senior Relationship Manager, Major Corporate and Institutional Clients at Pohjola Bank Plc, Nordic Head of Product&Price, Employee Benefits at If P&C Insurance, and Head of Employee Benefits Underwriting, Industrial Finland at the same company. He also served as a Project Manager / Strengthen Leadership Programme Participant and Account Manager at eCraft Oy Ab.
