Cliff Utstein is a seasoned software industry executive with experience in multiple facets of managing software companies. He has an excellent record in general management, sales, product management, product marketing, marketing, alliances and business development including M&A. Cliff has an extensive background in SaaS, cloud, hybrid, and on-premises software in DevOps, software tools, content management, e-commerce, and networking.

Cliff's educational background includes studies in Computer and Electrical Engineering at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Over the years, Cliff has worked in several organizations and held various positions, including Sales and Marketing Consulting at CSU Consulting, VP Business Development at Codefresh, Director/Executive Management Cloud DevOps at IBM, COO at UrbanCode, Inc., VP Sales, Marketing and Business Development at Accurev, and Director, Business Development & Channel Sales at Vignette Corporation.
