Michael Higgins is an accomplished author, photojournalist, and entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in travel publishing, wine, and wine region travel. He is the Chairman/Publisher of Flying Adventures Media and the former Author, Photojournalist & Publisher of Exploring Wine Regions, a book series that marries photography, travel guides, wine education, and captivating adventures. Michael has also created international explorations of author-lead journeys for travel lovers and study-abroad programs for university students. Besides his business acumen, Michael is a distinguished Toastmaster with a doctorate in the Philosophy of Business Administration and a BA in Commercial Art and Photography from the ArtCenter College of Design. His personal interests include travel, gourmet cooking, collecting great wine, flying airplanes, gardening, animals, personal pampering, and several philanthropic causes.
