Marion Oliveira is the CEO and Co-founder of Laponi, a digital platform that streamlines retail operations and optimizes cost structure by addressing the issues of absenteeism, employee turnover, and staffing levels. With a Master's in Sciences de gestion from the Universidad de Palermo and a Master's of Business Consulting and IT from the Université Paris Dauphine, Oliveira has an impressive educational background to complement her experience in senior consultant positions at Capgemini Consulting and marketing internships at Microsoft.

Before founding Laponi, Oliveira served as a chef de secteur at Leroy Merlin, managing teams and overseeing day-to-day store operations. This experience helped her identify the need for a more sustainable solution to staffing struggles in retail, which inspired the creation of Laponi.

Oliveira's expertise in information technology project management and business consulting has helped her build Laponi into a B2B SaaS platform used by retailers such as La Vie Claire, Yves Rocher, and Monoprix. Her previous roles in Accor and Regent UK as a trilingual receptionist and campus director assistant have also provided her with experience in customer service and communication.

Through Laponi's innovative business model, Oliveira has positioned human capital as a crucial factor in retail growth, with the platform's flexibility offering employees opportunities for more flexible extra hours and pay.
