Encompassing the Risk and Governance in Private Medical Insurance to protect both the business and customer from risk.  Ensuring that processes are robust, controls are adequate and effective in their design, operation, and mitigation of relevant CORR risks and that risk indicators are identified correctly and analysed thoroughly to ensure any issues regarding our processes, controls and compliance are managed. Ensuring documented processes and supporting material comply to legal, regulatory, and financial crime requirements. Supporting operational and senior leaders in how we can best protect customers and the business, influencing at all levels and across different business functions to create and maintain a robust risk culture.

Acting as a Fraud champ within the team, which involves a deeper investigation into the policy history and previous contact with the customer to establish the validity of the surrender request. Keeping the team up to date with the latest regulations and trends within financial crime.
