I was tasked with Optimising processes across functions by working with the leaders of the companyPlugging gaps at a strategic levelEstablishing the core values of the companyAuditing the Company culture, resulting in personnel changes.With the departure of the VP-Sales, I was the interim Sales Head and I led the team to its highest ever revenue in a month in September 2019.I act as the representative of the CEO for visits to the subsidiary companies in Jaipur and New Delhi.As the leader of the Admin function, I set up process changes  for Vendor Management, Logistics, Network & IT, Security Management, Inventory Management, Purchases, Facility and Real Estate Management. Furthermore, I acted as the Project in-charge for expanding our HQ to a new state-of-the-art location.

I led the Airbnb India supply efforts for the South region. I also led Supply Partnerships for India.This entailed assessing the market, devising the go-to strategy, hiring and managing teams to ensure that the supply of Airbnb homes grows both quantitatively and qualitatively while meeting revenue goals. I spearheaded a global program to acquire hosts for Airbnb Plus that launched in February 2018. I was also part of a high performance global team that worked with senior leaders for a Business sprint. The goal of the sprint was to solve business problems of Airbnb across verticals. Our team won awards for originality and scalability.Summary of work at Airbnb:1. Cross-functional expertise: I've co-ordinated and spearheaded various cross-functional projects. These include Geography mapping for the entire Indian territory, being the POC between the Data team/ Business Operations and Homes and Community Operations, India. My team also helped execute the requirements in the MoU signed between Airbnb India(Public Policy) and the Andhra Pradesh government. Further, I lead the API integration for the Indian territory with the 2nd ever API partner in APAC and won the Kanga-role Model award for creativity and the terms of the deal.2.
