Roland Kwong is a seasoned Portfolio Manager with over a decade of experience in private equity. He is currently working with BCI as part of their private equity team, helping to cover primary fund and co-investment opportunities globally with ticket sizes ranging from US$100 million to US$400 million. Roland has successfully progressed through the industry from financial advisory as a CPA, CA in Canada to institutional investing with an international mandate.

Roland holds advanced degrees including an Honours Bachelor of Science in Pharmacology from the University of Toronto, an MBA with Distinction from the University of Oxford - Said Business School, and is a CFA charterholder, CPA, CA (Ontario, first-time passes), ICAEW ACA (England and Wales, first-time passes). He has previously worked with esteemed institutions such as Allstate Investments, PineBridge Investments, and Henderson Global Investors in private equity and fund of fund investments.

Aside from professional experience, Roland has an excellent educational background, studying administrative studies and accounting, summa cum laude at York University. He is also a senior associate with MNP and has previously been an MBA intern at BNY Mellon.
