Post the introduction of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act 2002, I led the efforts to secure compliance for South Africa's foreign private issuers of capital and accelerated filers resident in South Africa.I also lectured in Europe to our EMEA practitioners and directly led the compliance programme for one of the largest banks in Greece.

Primarily a business development programme together with a range of senior partners in the firm.  I focused on telecommunications, financial services and automotive industries.  During this time, I led the firm's activities on the liquidation of the Hyundai group of companies in Southern Africa, as well as advising on a high-profile M&A transaction in the financial services industry.
