Brent Maxwell is a seasoned executive leader and founder with a strong focus on technology and SaaS product development. He is deeply passionate about building organizations and nurturing emerging leaders. His expertise lies in building Engineering orgs and developing Product and Growth functions.

Currently, Brent is working on a B2B SaaS product aimed at helping phone sales staff enhance their conversion rates. Despite being in the pre-product, pre-revenue stage, he has a functional prototype supported by impressive Figma mocks and a dedicated team.

Brent's academic journey includes a Masters of Information Technology from the University of Technology, Sydney, and a Bachelor's degree in Science with a focus on IT and Psychology from the University of Sydney. He also studied at CIO Pathways and completed his high school education at Knox Grammar School.

Throughout his career, Brent has held key positions in various organizations, including being the Co-founder and CEO of DEFY Labs, Co-Founder & CTO at Style Arcade, Solutions Architect at Amazon Web Services, Director of Information Systems at THE ICONIC, Head of Data and Intelligence at THE ICONIC, among others. His extensive experience spans roles in technology architecture, data management, operations, and leadership.

With a diverse background that includes roles at prominent companies like Accenture and Amazon Web Services, Brent brings a wealth of experience to the table. His journey from IT Shared Services Support Analyst to Co-founder and CEO showcases his evolution as a leader and innovator in the tech industry.
