He currently serves as the President of Alianza de Comercio Euroasiática (ACIR/ACEA), an organization that promotes economic and industrial relations among EU and UEEA nations. Eduard is also the Director of the business platform of the Russian-Spanish Intergovernmental Commission, a member of the Advisory Committee for Entrepreneurship of the Eurasian Economic Commission, and the co-president of Business Russia's Moscow branch.
