Kimberly Labay is an accomplished Training Manager in the hospital and healthcare industry with extensive experience in call center operations, analytics, onboarding, and optimization. She is well-versed in management, team building, and healthcare management. Kimberly is a dedicated Project Manager at Northwell Health, a former Adult Education Instructor at Molloy College, and has held several management positions at Northwell Health.

Kimberly has pursued her education with great dedication, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from Briarcliffe College, a Certificate in Medical Billing and Coding from Sanford-Brown Institute-New York, and a Bachelor of Science in Health/Health Care Administration/Management with a 3.6 GPA and an MBA in Health Care Management and Project Management from St. Joseph's College.
