He's also well-versed in diesel generator power plants, electric transmission, and distribution equipment, among others. Harry has worked with numerous data center equipment and is familiar with backup diesel generators, CRACs, CRAHs, UPS units, PDUs, transformers, electric motors, cooling towers, chillers, pumps, and rooftop units. He's also knowledgeable about fire systems and building automation systems. Harry has a background in Real Estate, Finance, Insurance, Payroll, Accounting, Logistics, Procurement, Licensing, Dispatch, as well as Employment Law. He's an expert in Recruiting, Interviewing, Staffing, and Networking, and knows how to manage and maintain business relationships. Additionally, Harry has experience in HR functions and tasks, including reports, employee orientation, screening, testing, and credential verification.

With a degree in HVAC from ATI Technical Training Center, Harry has proven himself to be a valuable asset in every company he’s worked for, including Polar Co., where he's currently Vice President of Facilities Management, and Raytheon, where he served as a Data Center Facilities Manager previously.
