Maria Esperança is an accomplished professional with a diverse and extensive background in sports, psychology, and human resources. With a degree in Psychology, and a Master's in Social Psychology of Organizations from ISCTE, she has gained invaluable knowledge and skills that make her an asset in any professional setting. She also holds a degree in sports from Escola Secundária D. Inês de Castro and has competed in various sports including swimming, athletics, handball, and chess.

Maria is an Invited Teacher Assistant at ISCTE Business School, where she supports students in their academic pursuits. Her earlier work experience includes roles at Vodafone and EDP in Human Resources, and as a Project Manager and Consultant. At Check-IN Cooperation and Development and A4 - Associação Juvenil de Apoio à Ação, she successfully coordinated projects and teams.
