Jiten's focus is on coaching Agile and Lean values and principles to enable delivery teams to provide exceptional software value across sectors. His primary passion is to introduce modern management practices to organizations and contribute to the overall success of the employees and organizations.
His expertise lies in Scrum, Kanban, Agile, and Lean methodologies, and he is a Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) and Professional Scrum Master (PSM). He has provided leadership and coaching to a variety of teams, making them highly performing and self-organizing.
Jiten's coaching and mentoring skills are primarily focussed on personal and organizational development, coupled with his professional certification from Barefoot Coaching and the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
