Gustavo Couto

Gustavo Couto is a highly experienced consultant and expert in agile methodologies, disruptive innovation, creativity, business design, design thinking, start-ups, and leadership. With a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, Couto has worked with a wide range of high-profile clients, including BRF, Uber, Nubank, Heineken, and Bradesco. He is also a Co-Author of Agile People Manifesto and has trained with prestigious organizations like Stanford University, MIT, and Zappos.

Couto's professional experience includes consulting, professorship, mentoring, and operational excellence analysis. He has worked with startups at SEED, served as an analyst at Vale, and was a consultant at INDG. Additionally, he was the owner and director of FIT Inovação Tecnológica and Marketing Director at Mult Jr. He has also presented various training workshops, from LEGO SERIOUS PLAY to Emotional Intelligence with Daniel Goleman.
