Melissa Poghossian, M.A., CCC-SLP is an experienced and knowledgeable speech-language pathologist with over 20 years of experience in the field. She studied at the University of Cincinnati for her Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Indiana State University.

Throughout her career, Melissa has worked in various settings such as hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, schools, and home-based services. She has supervised and mentored numerous speech-language pathologists, clinical fellows, and speech-language pathology assistants. She has also owned and directed her own practice in Ohio and Arizona.

Melissa's primary strengths include comprehensive evaluation of those with a variety of communication disorders, developing therapy materials, collaborating with families and other professionals, and ensuring the best possible overall programming. She is cognizant of the state and federal guidelines related to disability rights and proper documentation.

In her free time, Melissa enjoys spending time with her family, watching New England sports teams play, and traveling to visit friends and family.
