Julio Flores is a Master in Public Administration in International Development candidate at Harvard University, with a background in economic analysis, forecasting, public policies, and regulation. Julio holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and a master's degree in Economic Theory. Besides, he specialized in macro-financial policymaking at Columbia University.

Julio has represented Peru in front of multilateral organizations, rating agencies, and investors. He has led reforms to foster competitiveness in the Peruvian economy and led Peru's First National Infrastructure Plan over the past two years.

Additionally, Julio brings extensive experience in his profession, having worked as advisor and macroeconomic policy director at the Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas del Perú. He also was a senior consultant at APOYO Consultoría and graduate research assistant at Moody’s Investors Service.

Currently, Julio works as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Harvard University, and his academic background includes studies at some of the best academic institutions worldwide, such as Harvard Kennedy School, Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, Universidad del Pacifico, and Columbia University.
