Jeremy Carter is a highly motivated and visionary leader with 20 years of experience in executive leadership, strategy, finance, marketing, operations, business development, product development, M&A, and licensing. Carter is a well-organized and decisive communicator with expertise in building and investing in a wide range of businesses and products. His education includes a BSME and MSME in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University, and he also studied MSTC in Business/ Technology Commercialization at The University of Texas at Austin - The Red McCombs School of Business.

Carter's experience includes Managing Partner at Soterra Capital, LLC, Member Board of Directors at Single Point Communications Group, Chief Financial Officer at MXD Process, and Strategic Advisory Consultant at Private Consultancy. He also held positions at Baines Creek Capital, LLC, Fallbrook Technologies, and Southwest Research Institute.
