Jesse Carstens

Jesse Carstens is currently the Global Director OMNI Application Technology & eComm Operations at Deckers Brands.

He previously held the position of Sr Manager eComm Technology & Operations at Deckers Brands.

In his current role, Jesse is responsible for the eCommerce Operations and Technology teams.

He serves as a product owner for the Order Management System (OMS) and OMNI Fulfillment strategies at Deckers Brands.

Jesse is accountable for the development, support, and optimization of various systems including distributed order management, Ship From Store platform, Buy Online Pickup in Store, Reserve Online, Same Day Delivery, Payment Gateway, returns processing, and all backend technologies that drive eCommerce operations.

His additional areas of responsibility include fraud prevention, order processing, gift cards, payment processing, freight spends, outbound and inbound shipping strategies, and returns.

With a background in project management, Jesse leads his teams to deliver high velocity across cross-functional team members using Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
