Medha Makhlouf
Medha Makhlouf is an accomplished assistant professor with extensive expertise in health, law, and poverty. Her primary teaching and research interests center around medical-legal partnership, access to healthcare, clinical legal education, and public benefits. Medha has previously worked as a litigation associate at Ropes & Gray LLP, staff attorney at Community Legal Aid, legal advocate at Asylum Access, and New Alternatives Fellow at Political Asylum/Immigration Representation (PAIR) Project. She earned her AB in Human Biology and Middle East Studies with high honors from Brown University and completed her JD at Yale Law School. Currently at Penn State College of Medicine, Medha previously held the position of assistant professor of law and director of the Medical-Legal Partnership Clinic at Dickinson Law.
