Rachel Templeton is a highly educated and experienced individual in the field of international development and women's reproductive health. She holds a Master of Arts in Global Human Development from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of Richmond. Rachel has worked for numerous organizations in the international development sector, including CARE, United Nations Foundation, and the American Red Cross. Her areas of specialization include resource mobilization, program design, and sexual and reproductive health and rights. Rachel has also received recognition for her work in the field, having been named a Diplomacy Lab Consultant at the U.S. Department of State. In her current role as a Senior Program Design and Resource Mobilization Advisor at CARE, Rachel uses her extensive expertise to help promote health equity and rights around the world.
