During her tenure at Systemiq, Joi has led a team of 45 environmental leaders to support the Indonesian government in addressing its waste and ocean plastic crisis. Through their efforts, over 40,000 tonnes of waste have been prevented from polluting nature, hundreds of green jobs have been created, and more than $50 million has been mobilized into Indonesia's waste system.
