Hilary Rosen is a well-known strategist who has spent her career navigating the worlds of media, strategic communications, and politics. She currently serves as the Vice-Chair of SKDKnickerbocker, an award-winning public affairs agency, and is also an on-air CNN analyst.

Before joining SKDK, Hilary was Chairman and CEO of the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), where she helped drive the industry's transition to a digital marketplace. She has also consulted for several tech and media companies, including Facebook, MTV, and Apple Computer, where she assisted with the development of policies for intellectual property, diversity, and communications.

Hilary specializes in creating and executing large-scale public affairs campaigns, reputation management, and crisis communications for high-profile clients. Her ability to lead issues in Washington has been profiled in the book "Pennsylvania Avenue: Profiles in Backroom Power" by Wall Street Journal reporters Gerald Seib and John Harwood.

Beyond her professional work, Hilary is an entrepreneurial activist. She is a co-founder of the Times Up Legal Defense Fund, an organization created by women in the entertainment industry to help survivors of sexual harassment in the workplace. She is also a founder of Rock the Vote and Rap the Vote, organizations credited with increasing voter education and turnout among young people and people of color, and a founder of Business Forward, the network of business leaders in Washington.

Hilary currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Howard University, The Center for American Progress Action Fund, and LPAC. She graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from The George Washington University and resides in Washington, DC.
