Ashley McNicholas is a seasoned marketing research expert with a talent for both qualitative and quantitative research execution. She has developed a deep understanding of brand strategy, corporate brand reputation, brand marketing, competitive analysis, message development, and execution. She has a BA Communication Studies degree from the University of Michigan and additional education in Art History, Italian, Foreign Politics at Lorenzo de' Medici and Media Fieldwork from New York University.

Ashley has served as Public Affairs Marketing Lead and a Business Lead, Office of COO at Facebook. Before joining Facebook, Ashley was the Vice President of Global Account Portfolio and Research Director at Edelman Intelligence, where she managed multiple accounts' research execution. She also had earlier roles as an Associate at Benenson Strategy Group and Project Manager-Strategy Team, Senior Analyst, and Analyst at Penn Schoen Berland. Before PSB, Ashley started her career as an Associate at Burson-Marsteller, where she honed her skills in brand marketing.

In her previous internship roles, Ashley served as a Publicity Intern at Workman Publishing and Brand Marketing Intern and Public Relations Intern at Burson-Marsteller.
