Madeline has held a variety of roles in her professional career, ranging from marketing and content strategy to project and operational management. She has utilized her skills and experience to drive organizational growth and success, specializing in customer service and digital training, as well as healthcare outreach and coordination.

As the current Director of Operations at Trabian, Madeline oversees a variety of projects and initiatives aimed at supporting financial institutions with their technology and digital transformation goals. She is known for her ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and build collaborative relationships with clients and partners alike.

Some of Madeline's other professional highlights include serving as the Global Digital Trainer - Customer Service at Ria Financial, where she managed a team of trainers and developed the company's first digital training program. She also served as the Content Strategist at Ria Financial, where she led the development of the company's global content strategy and managed a team of content creators across multiple languages.

Throughout her career, Madeline has demonstrated a deep commitment to social justice and community building, volunteering her time and expertise to a variety of organizations focused on healthcare, education, and cultural preservation.
