His strengths include finding, networking with and recruiting SAP Data Archiving, ECM, ILM, MDG, EIM, VIM, xECM, and other top SAP and OpenText professionals. Prior to joining Auritas, Baio held positions at Software Resources, Green Key Resources, Consultis, Aquent, and Maxim Group (TekSystems). He is a skilled recruiter and is passionate about utilizing his skills to grow his team at Auritas and to place top SAP talent on contract engagements. Outside of work, Baio enjoys gardening, reading, and hanging out at the beach with his family.
