Brown is a graduate of ELY HIGH SCHOOL and has a Master of Social Work (MSW) in Social Work from Barry University and a degree in Sociology, Criminal Justice, and Corrections from Florida Atlantic University. He has held various leadership positions, including CEO of HANDY, Inc., Adjunct Professor at Florida State University, Government OPERATIONS CONSULTANT at Florida Department of Economic Opportunity, and Statewide Independent Living Director at Florida Department of Children and Families.

Throughout his career, Brown has successfully navigated diverse business challenges to power revenue gains and strengthen operational performance. He has a proven ability to work with executives and community leaders to analyze complex statewide issues and develop sound business strategies that successfully implement large change initiatives.
