Elsa Chandra is a data-driven entrepreneur passionate about helping companies optimize their decision-making processes with technology. She co-founded Bonza, an analytics and data engineering start-up that aims to transform how businesses use data to drive insights. Prior to that, Elsa was an investment professional at Traveloka and Velos Partners, and a private equity professional at Quvat Management. She also worked at BP, where she focused on commercial performance improvement. Elsa studied at the London School of Economics and Political Science, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree. She is now dedicated to growing technology start-ups in SEA and is seeking talented individuals who are interested in joining the Bonza team.
