Ann Louden is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of leadership experience in the not-for-profit sector. Her expertise spans various industries including higher education, healthcare, social services, arts, and community foundation work. She has led multimillion-dollar capital campaigns, managed fundraising staffs, built strategic partnerships, and served as a spokesperson for a national breast cancer awareness initiative.

Ann's leadership skills are evident in her work as a founder of her consulting company, Ann Louden Company Strategy and Consulting. She provides coaching, training, and direction for non-profits seeking to raise funds and build stronger relationships with their constituents. Ann has also served in senior advisory roles at organizations such as Gladney Center for Adoption and Adelphi University, and she has been the board chair for the Community Foundation of North Texas and Gladney Center for Adoption.

Ann's passion for nurturing relationships and building lifelong connections is rooted in her personal experiences, including her own cancer diagnosis. Her latest book project explores the concept of social courage and its impact on thriving.
