With over a decade of experience in both in-house and external counsel roles, he has worked with first-tier Brazilian asset and wealth managers, such as Arsenal Investimentos and Vinci Partners, as well as law firms, Velloza Advogados and Cepeda Advogados. As a recognized expert in the industry, he has been featured in numerous publications, including Valor Economico, IstoÉ Dinheiro, Reuters, and Wall Street Journal Pro.

Since March 2020, he has been serving as a partner, GC, CCO, and CRO at Vitreo, the fastest-growing investment platform in Brazil, leading the 3.0 industry of the country's market. Throughout his career, Cooke has deep expertise in the structuring and maintenance of onshore and offshore investment funds and regulated entities for the Brazilian and international capital markets, including asset managers, research analysts, broker-dealers, placement agents, and financial advisors. He is actively involved in the Brazilian investment funds' and service providers' regulatory reform, having participated in the advocacy activities of class associations such as ANBIMA, Planejar, and ABAAI.
