Rebuilt, re-energized, and dramatically expanded classic British bath and fragrance brand as chief executive in the US after London-based parent purchased failing local distributor. Significantly increased sales and profit margins by focusing on highly productive partnerships and closing 200 underperforming independent doors. Exceeded expectations by:

- Increasing sales by $15M and doubling the US business by boosting sales to Neiman Marcus by 38%, Sephora by 31% and growing overall net shipments by 101% in first fiscal year.
