Implementing a BI and Analytics foundation with a focus on processes, organization, tools/technologies, data infrastructures, culture and underlying strategy.A hybrid centralized/ de-centralized BIA team has been appointed with goals and responsibilities. Initial focus has been on the BI and Analytics architecture, together with the right front-end tooling. This has been a trigger for recreating dashboards and reports, develop the right data governance to democratize data towards the whole organization (using Gartner's Pace Layer model) and join forces with partners to create the ability to build models based on large data sets.

My main activities can be summarized as follows:•	Leading several initiatives concerning Self Service BI and developing propositions on Predictive Analytics to develop a genuine competitive advantage for Kadenza.•	Guide several clients (healthcare, automotive, finance) to improve their BI and Analytics environment.These activities took place as short sub-projects within BI and Analytics programs as governed by Kadenza. Results:*Leading and designing the transition to a new and improved Data Analytics environment to generate new strategic opportunities*The aim was to move the organization away from a report driven to an analysis driven organization. This was not only done by implementing a new infrastructure, but also by changing the BI-team and paying a lot of attention toward cultural aspects. During this transition, I implemented a ‘playground’ where new applications can be developed incrementally, including building and designing the apps that changed the way we interact with our data. Nowadays SOS International is regarded as THE organization within its market In The Netherlands when it comes to data analysis, turning it into an effective USP during acquisition processes.*Developing a business model based on data analysis* The notion data is the new oil has led to the first steps to developing a new business model where SOS International can enhance her strategic proposition (no details will be made public due to its confidential nature but might be provided when contacting me).*Leading the implementation of WorkForce Management within the organization*To optimize the employment of its personnel (50% of total costs), a new WFM-organization has been build. Despite difficult circumstances, within a few months’ time clear results have been achieved, but more importantly, the issues which have been around for years have been addressed up until the Board of Directors. Nowadays, the foundations of WFM are acknowledged as enablers for future performance. Betrokken bij vertaling van strategie naar shop-KPI’s en andere relevante management informatie (prestaties op het gebied van omzet, mensen en voorraad). Deze opdracht vloeide voort uit organisatiewijzigingen en diende de daaruit ontstane omissies m.b.t. stuurinformatie ten aanzien van het management in te vullen. Tevens werkzaam geweest als coach/ assistent floormanager en product analist.
