Sarkis Sarkissian is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in both finance and investment. Currently serving as the Vice President of Capital Markets for RXR Realty, a New York-based development and operating company, Sarkissian has proven himself highly skilled in discovering value in underperforming properties, as well as repurposing well-located iconic properties. Sarkissian's expertise extends to a wide array of value creation activities, including the incorporation of cutting edge real estate technologies and value added lending. He managed nearly 500 people in 71 commercial real estate properties and investments with a gross asset value of approximately $20.5 billion. Sarkissian completed his Master’s Degree in Real Estate (Finance & Investment) at New York University and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Hofstra University. Prior to his Vice President role, Sarkissian held various roles within RXR Realty, including Associate, Capital Markets and Analyst, Capital Markets. Additionally, he previously worked as an Associate in REIT & Partnership Tax at RXR Realty.
