DONOR CULTIVATION:
Cultivated donors into prospects and maintained donor records, including donor interests, support capacity, support history, and preferred communication and contact style.
>	Assisted on the $1.6M campaign for the new Tenney Park Shelter.
>	Secured 20-acre land donation valued at $1,000,000 for establishment of endowed educational fund.

BUSINESS OPERATIONS:
Handled all aspects of business operations including accounting, purchasing, marketing, proposal development, and client relations. Administered procurement program for vendors and contractors who provided services for the Foundation or on its behalf. Developed entire marketing portfolio including numerous brochures and the foundation website.

Assisted non-profit organizations in strategic planning and program development Represented the Foundation as spokesperson at various corporate and non-profit functions.

The Wisconsin Foundation

As a member of the senior leadership team, established and oversaw school policies, strategy, and tactics. 

DONOR PROGRAMS:
Designed and implemented programs to identify, research and cultivate prospective donors, including individuals, corporations, and foundations leading to numerous major gifts.
>	Developed and implemented comprehensive advancement plan that produced a 243% increase in total parent support and 24% yearly average increase in the Annual Fund.
>	Developed and managed a successful $2.5 million Capital Campaign and an on-going major gift effort.
>	Implemented a Planned Giving Program that produced gifts totaling over $1.8 million.

COMMUNICATIONS:
Led the execution of advancement communications and public relations and provided critical support for school-wide marketing initiatives. Prepared regular reports for the President and/or Board of Trustees showing the progress of all fundraising efforts.

LEADERSHIP:
Recruited, staffed, and managed department, developing it into a high performance team that was instrumental in achieving advancement objectives. Directed the day-to-day financial management of the advancement office, including the preparation of an annual budget, and the deposit of fund raising proceeds.
