Melissa Palozola is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in business and real estate law, including litigation and transactional matters. She has a successful track record of prosecuting and defending actions in commercial, residential, and real estate litigation, specializing in commercial contracts, corporate and partnership disputes, foreclosure, real estate brokerage disputes, and landlord/tenant disputes, among others.
