With a passion for supporting organizations to achieve their goals, Thanh has worked with top banks in Vietnam in various positions. She began her career as a Money Market Dealer cum financial institution officer at Pvcombank, where she honed her financial skills. Her career then took her to recruitment consultancy, where she worked as a recruitment consultant at Navigos Search.

Thanh’s career journey later took her to the banking sector in different positions, such as Senior Talent Acquisition and a Human Resources Business Partner at Shinhan Bank and Country Talent Acquisition at Standard Chartered Bank. She has also worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at VPBank and her current position as a Human Resources BP at One Mount Group.
