Jeff Jacob is a skilled and experienced cause leader and consultant known for building diverse teams to affect positive change. Throughout his career, he has facilitated experiential leadership and collaboration programs with notable Fortune 500 companies. He also held a key role in Borders, where he first identified how franchises could become part of a community's fabric by providing resources and engagement programs.

Jeff then realized his passions for meaningful work in animal welfare/non-profit management and became the Director of Operations for Big Dog Ranch Rescue. He transformed the organization by growing scheduled volunteer shifts, managing a 12-acre facility that cared for 300 dogs, and working intimately with the board members to save more dogs than ever before.

His passion for combining dog rescue with addiction recovery led to co-founding a non-profit organization. The program incorporated the care of animals and facility into the daily recovery routine of young men. Jeff continues to lead with creativity and integrity and specializes in utilizing animal or music-assisted modalities to assist therapy for trauma, PTSD, SUDS, and other Mental Illnesses.

Jeff completed study programs focused on race and mass communications at prestigious universities, including York College and Arcadia University. He also founded The Song Team to help clients implement workplace culture of innovation and collaboration. In 2021, his songs "The Harder You Fall" and "November Again" landed #1 on the N1M Americana Music Charts. Jeff's background reflects as a data-driven and heart-led cause leader.
