Miriam Otto is a highly educated professional with a Master of Science in Relations et affaires internationales from Universiteit van Amsterdam and a background in carrières internationales from Sciences Po.

She has a diverse work history, having served as a Policy Officer at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Netherlands. Miriam has also held diplomatic positions at the Netherlands Embassy in Moscow, Senegal, and Bangladesh.

Her experience extends to working as a Policy Officer in the Human Rights Division at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Miriam has also contributed her expertise as a Researcher on Migration in Eastern Europe and as a Regional Specialist focusing on Russia and Eastern Europe at the Dutch Refugee Council.
