Serban Roman, FCCA

Serban Roman is a highly accomplished professional with an extensive background in the fields of accounting, business administration, and management. As a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), he has honed his expertise in accounting and management information systems. He furthered his education by attending the London Business School to study business administration and management. Serban has also studied at the Academia de Studii Economice din București.

Serban has been actively involved in various organizations throughout his professional journey. Currently, he serves as the Vice President at Enterprise Investors, a leading private equity firm. Previously, he held positions as a Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Member of the Supervisory Board at Noriel, respectively. Additionally, he has been a Board Member of SEEPEA - South Eastern Europe’s Private Equity Association.

Throughout his career, Serban Roman has held various roles at different companies, gaining vast amounts of experience. Prior to his current position, Serban was the Country Director at Enterprise Investors. He was also an Investment Director at the firm and an Analyst, where he gained an understanding of the private equity industry. Further, he was an Associate Director, Investment Banking at CA IB Romania, where he worked on a variety of mergers and acquisitions. He also served as Manager - Transaction Advisory at Ernst & Young, where he advised clients on countless investment opportunities.

Serban has been a member of the Board at several organizations, including MACON Romania, Smartree Romania, and Profi Rom Food, among others. Notably, he has also served as an Assistant to CFO at TitanMar-MArmosim, where he gained hands-on experience in executive, and financial roles.
