Michael Segal is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of senior management, corporate governance, entrepreneurial, and investment banking experience. He was recruited by Ross Perot to lead Dupont Glore Forgan, one of the major firms at NYSE, and he also served as SVP of the National Corporation for Housing Partnerships in Washington DC. In 1987, he founded M.J. Segal Associates and, from 1992 to 2001, specialized in researching opportunities in both private and public companies.

He is also the founder of National Business Investment Forums, which holds investor-attended national funding venues for early and late-stage companies. Segal's experience and reputation have earned him recognition from the investment community and entrepreneurs seeking capital, and "Opportunist Magazine" selected New York Private Equity Forums, one of his organizations, for a cover story in their December 13th, 2011 issue, which profiled Segal and his accomplishments.

Segal studied Biochemistry at Harvard University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude before earning his MBA at the Harvard Business School. He is also an active member of Angel List and has been a former member of the Tri-State Private Investors Network, National Business Innovation & Advanced Technology Council, and Kronos Advanced Technologies.
