He began his investment journey at Mercury Asset Management, where he witnessed the AUM grow from US$10bn to US$100bn.

Subsequently, he managed the UK and European Equity business at Goldman Sachs, expanding external client AUM from US$1bn to over US$12bn and establishing a strong presence for Goldman Sachs Asset Management in Europe.

Hywel also led the asset management equity business in Europe at Morgan Stanley before taking on the role of CEO of the Public Equity business at Dubai International Capital, catering to clients across the Middle East.

He later co-founded Integral Asset Management, a boutique wealth management firm, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit and diverse expertise in the financial sector.
