Assist in CEO and senior management for corporate strategy in DMG. Current focused projects include: Hollywood co-production motion pictures fund and content distribution strategic planning in China. Looking for potential partnerships and cooperation.
DMG is China’s largest entertainment and media organization with diverse holdings across motion pictures, media, television, digital, finance, and entertainment-themed property. DMG Entertainment is a film studio responsible for production and distribution of ‘Iron Man 3’, ‘Looper’, ‘Founding of a Republic’, and ‘Go Lala Go!’, and the distribution of Hollywood blockbusters such as ‘Twilight’, ‘Resident Evil 4’, ‘Knowing’, and ‘RED’. Business Development Director

Once held the post of BD assistant to Chairman, who is China’s leading media entrepreneur, Mr. Bruno Wu (also Chairman of <a href="http://Ku6.com">Ku6.com</a>). Invested or consulted industry includes Entertainment, TMT, Consumer Products and Real Estate.

Job responsibilities are:
business development opportunities screening/assessment, strategic planning, due diligence, Chinese and English business plan/investment proposal, market research/analysis, financial modeling and projection, investor relations, securing business opportunities through negotiations with international and Chinese investors, and overseeing seed stage development of projects.

Entertainment
Participated in project management of a PE fund with $ 800 million in partnership with Harvest Management Fund. Responsible for account management, business planning, market research, etc.
Helped to set up Seven Stars Media Group, a company specialized in Hollywood motion pictures investment. Responsible for market research, business presentation, project management, partners liaison, etc.

TMT
Conducted market research/analysis and business modeling, drafted business plan for an integrated media and marketing company, investment accomplished;
Conducted due diligence and project assessment, drafted investment proposal for an express train advertising company, investment pended;

Consumer Products
Participated in the M&A project with a US leading emergency vehicles. Responsible for market research and analysis, business restructure and planning, financial modeling and projection, drafting Chinese and English business presentation.
Led “Sun Brilliance Special Vehicles Network” project in partnership with Huachen Auto Group, conducted business development opportunities analysis, market research, strategic planning, project management as point person, investment accomplished;

Real Estate
Conducted project management for establishment of real estate division of the Group, responsible for strategic analysis, project planning, etc.
