Meet Mindi Phan, an accomplished computer science graduate from Texas A&M University. Currently, she manages software products at Allstate in Irving, using agile methodology to build fast, fail fast, and deliver value quickly. She is the president of the Allstate Asian American Network in Irving, where she fosters diversity and inclusion across the organization.

A dedicated volunteer teacher's assistant, she supports the Vietnamese as a Second Language School in her spare time. Mindi also loves to travel and try out different foods from various countries worldwide. Her goal in life is to taste all the food in the world.
