Eric Davison is an accomplished associate at Cooley (UK) LLP's emerging companies and venture capital practice group, with extensive experience in advising early-stage and high-growth technology firms, as well as their founders and investors, on private financings, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, and strategic and corporate governance matters. Eric completed his legal studies at BPP Law School and holds a bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of Sussex, in addition to an MBA from BPP Business School.

Before joining Cooley, Eric served as an investment principal at Hambro Perks, where he originated investment opportunities, negotiated and executed new and follow-on investments, and monitored and supported the firm's portfolio companies. Eric previously trained as a solicitor internationally at Simmons & Simmons and worked as a senior associate with Allen & Overy.
