Throughout his career, he has worked for reputable organizations, including Avis & Budget, Honda Niponsul, Grupo Canopus, Belsonno/Probel, Danone, Warner Lambert, Barilla, Santista Alimentos, and Kelloggs.

Flavio is well-versed in implementing corporate management models, strategic plans, restructurings, and turnarounds, and has a strong background in finance areas for both local and multinational companies. Flavio is especially skilled in cash management, planning and controlling, accounting and cost systems, US GAAP report, and investment analysis. His entrepreneurship skills have been demonstrated through the acquisition and development of lucrative businesses with Net Sales above $150 million.

Flavio holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado and has studied at prestigious institutions such as ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, University of California Berkeley, FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, and Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.
