He has a proven track record of driving the successful implementation of enterprise technology solutions across global operations of large companies in the Americas, Asia and Europe. Simon's portfolio of skills in digital solutions is extensive and includes using tech from leading vendors such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Workday, and Salesforce.

As a transformational executive, Simon has extensive experience in pre-sales, sales, alliances, talent management, and delivery. He has helped companies develop business cases, build digital transformation roadmaps, implement agile solutions, deliver global rollouts, develop consolidations, and managed services to support hybrid cloud environments. Simon brings a unique and nuanced understanding of enterprise architecture, business development, and enterprise resource management to the table.

Previously, Simon held strategic positions, including Global Program Manager, Managing Director at Accenture, Managing Partner at Ruah Transformation, and Vice President of Go To Market Leader ERP Practice at NTT DATA Services. Simon's transformative experience includes running teams with up to 500 resources, managing P&L's for large practices with an annual revenue of $75 million, and being responsible for annual sales targets of $350 million. Recently, he led a Business Transformation Program at Bombardier, where he created a new target operational model for Bombardier Transportation, Bombadier Aerospaces & Engineering Services, and corporate functions of the company. He also oversaw the deployment of SAP's newest digital solutions, which will enable the company to take its operations to the next level.
