Steven Bayless is an accomplished professional with over a decade of experience in the technology and mobility services space. A Fletcher School alumnus, Steven has worked in several senior positions throughout his career, including Director of Governmental Affairs, Policy, and Strategic Planning at the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and Vice President of Public Policy and Regulatory Affairs at the Intelligent Transportation Society of America.

Steven is highly motivated and persuasive, always ready to tackle a new challenge with his energy and insight. He has a background in economics, government, and foreign affairs, and has completed coursework at MIT Sloan School of Management and the Harvard Business School. His expertise in telecommunications, telematics, and project management has brought value to every organization he has worked with, from his time as a Presidential Management Fellow in the US Department of Transportation Office of the Secretary to his experience as a management consultant with CGI.
