• Supported the development and implementation of the new program “Nuestro Canal” that promoted awareness on taking care our natural resources and the Panama Canal. Nuestro Canal was the first program developed and printed in Panama by Junior Achievement.
• Implemented the use of Mail Merge to send hundreds of personalized emails by just one click saving a significant amount of time and reducing errors.
