She has delivered large-scale transformational programs of change and process reengineering in large international organizations using agile methodology. Camillieri has partnered with both internal and external stakeholders to develop products, improve processes, and streamline operations to unlock customer value. Her experience spans from risk and compliance to global markets and trade finance, and she has worked closely with senior leaders across the three lines of defense enabling digital transformation and associated benefits.

Camillieri's dynamic and energizing leadership style has enabled her to lead diverse teams in different geographies. She has worked for various organizations, including Standard Chartered Bank, Deutsche Bank, and GE Capital, holding different positions. As the Chief Product Owner - Trade and Lending Digital Channels and Data Analytics at Standard Chartered Bank, Camillieri is instrumental in strategic roadmap and open ecosystem solutioning and build across various technology stacks. She has also served as the Tribe Lead - Technology and Innovation (Exec Director) at Standard Chartered Bank and the Head Of GRC (Governance Risk & Compliance) delivery (Exec Director).
