Venugopal Reddy Kandimalla, also known as Venu, is a highly experienced healthcare and life sciences professional. He currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Global Delivery Head for Healthcare and Life Sciences at Persistent Systems. With over two decades of experience in the healthcare industry, he has spearheaded a range of critical projects to transform healthcare delivery across the globe.

Before joining Persistent Systems, Venu held leadership positions at Tech Mahindra and Tata Consultancy Services. At these companies, he led large-scale programs, managed teams, and developed strong client relationships. Venu is widely recognized for his expertise in delivery management, estimation methodologies, project management, and team building. His experience in healthcare provider technologies, healthcare claims processing, revenue cycle management, product development, and product management is equally impressive.

Venu is also an accomplished leader who has nurtured young talents and promoted joint learning, creativity, and relationship building. He is passionate about fitness, painting, gardening, and social work. He has participated in several charity events, including Tour DaVita - 2012, to create awareness on kidney care.

Venu holds a Bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Osmania University, Hyderabad, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Pune University, Pune, India. He has also been a key speaker at various institutes of higher education, sharing his insights on management, healthcare, and technology.
